Shri Ramakrishna taught no creed or dogma, he taught only Truth which he also called God. The highest thing man can achieve in life, is according to him, attainment of a moral and spiritual level where he can never deviate from what he knows to be Truth. This attainment is also marked by a feeling of oneness with every being on earth.
